I love stories like these.  It just shows me how widespread and accepted acupuncture is to help with not only the little things like just feeling better but it is excellent for the big things like being in the best possible shape for competing with others in their peak physical form.

Considering what a work-out football is (that's European football), I can only imagine how busy a sports acupuncturist can be.

Acupuncture and Golf

As some of you might know during my free time I am both learning how to golf and caddying for a couple of gentlemen.  Trust me, it's certainly not as easy as the television makes out.  Those bags weight at least 60lbs and so many grounds architects have no respect for level ground.  Even when it's just walking and pushing a hand cart you really need to watch your physical health.  This article from the Spooner Advocate is really right on for those wanting to hit the links this season.  It's also got some good advice for people heading out to enjoy the sun for any kind of exercise or fun.
