On July 5th a put out a challenge and NO ONE took me up on it, at least not publicly, but I am not going to let that stop me from taking my own challenge.
This week I went to my doctor to have a check up!
So far, at 42 years old, My blood pressure is 117 over 70 and my electrocardiogram is perfect!(thank God for Tai Qi and QiGong)
I get the rest of my blood tests this Friday and will share them with you then.
So, here is what I am doing to drop weight and get back in shape...
As you may know already from some of my posts I suffer with damp heat and some yin deficiency.
So I took my but to Susan Lin and got myself started on some herbs and some Acupuncture treatment.
Every morning (when its nice out side) I take a walk to the local track and walk 3-4 miles and then do some Tai Qi and QiGong practice.
My biggest problems were my meals. I was not eating enough nor drinking enough water.
So, I am grazing more, at least 4 smaller meals per day, making sure they contain good protein, greens and carbs.
