Are you qualified to practice Chinese Medicine?

So you have a license to practice acupuncture, does that really make you qualified to treat patients.

The Huang Ti Nei Ching Su Wen says the following...

"Those who are habitually without disease help to train and to adjust those who are sick, for those who treat should be free from illness,.  Therefor they train the patient to adjust his breathing, and in order to train the patient, they act as example

Based on this definition how many people are actually qualified to practice Chinese medicine.

Not many but go out and practice anyhow and work to achieve this ideal!
